Joe Douglas has created a Phantom skin for the PC game The Sims. Joe says that he "was surprise and horrified to find that after going through many Sims skins sites on the net that no one had created a skin for one of the worlds most classic of comic characters. Therefore I took it upon myself to right this wrong. While my skin may not be as detailed as some you find on the net, it is still, as far as I know, the ONLY Phantom skin out there. And it looks good in-game! So load him up, sit back and enjoy playing the Sims as the Ghost Who Walks."
